A hybrid precast structure (Precast columns with cast in place moment frames). This project consisted of  4 elevated floors  is 130,000 square foot and has 1,883 parking stalls.

The structure has 168 precast prestressed beams and girders, 108 precast prestressed columns and 20” x 36” moment frame columns.
